o Talk with the person and explain your concern.

o Use a positive attitude in dealing with relationships.
o If they are pulling you down, instead of you lifting them up, you may have to end the relationship.

· Go through your journals & find those things to remind you of your worth.
· Find 3 things to be grateful for each day.
· Use mindfulness in negative situations.
· Find something positive or to laugh about in negative situations.
· Make up excuses for people you might otherwise be mad at. (That person that cut in front of me had to go to the bathroom really bad!)
